Bulldogs Weber Has 15 Ks Saturday, May 16th , 2043 Butler Bulldogs starter Paul Weber brought his best stuff to Penmen Ballpark today against the Louisiana State Tigers, striking out 15 batters in his club's 4-3 victory. In a strong performance, the 19-year-old Weber gave up 7 hits in his 8.1 innings of work and issued 4 walks. "I felt good out there," he said after the game. "My fastball had a lot of life and my splitter was sharp. It was giving hitters fits and working well for me." In 10 starts this season Weber has registered a 3-5 record and a 3.62 ERA.
