Commodores Dominate, Sweep Elite 8

Jonah Duncan said he expected the Elite 8 to be "a battle from start to finish."
In the end, it was nothing more than a minor skirmish, as the Vanderbilt Commodores encountered little resistance in sweeping the Washington Huskies, to advance to the Final Four.
"It may have been a sweep, but it still was a tough series," said Duncan.
Vanderbilt won the final game by a 2-1 count and were led in the series by Duncan, who was named MVP. On the series, he hit .429 with 0 home runs. He also drove in 3 RBI and scored 1 runs.
The Final Four matchups and schedule will be announced after the Elite 8 finishes.
