Year Ends for António Morales in Oklahoma Saturday, April 7th, 2035 The doctors have spoken and António Morales of the Oklahoma Sooners didn't like what he heard. The 19-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Morales sustained his season-ending injury during the Ohio State Buckeyes game yesterday at L. Dale Mitchell Baseball Park. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Oklahoma medical staff reported Morales had a torn labrum and would be absent from the lineup for at least 7 months. |
