Iowa's Carter Snaps Up Player of the Week Monday, April 18th, 2039 So far in his young career, Ronald Carter has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the College Baseball in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 19-year-old Iowa Hawkeyes left fielder hit at a torrid .567 clip as he collected 17 hits in 30 at-bats, 5 home runs, 13 RBIs and 9 runs scored. Carter on the season is hitting .398 with 10 home runs. His stats include 23 RBIs and 21 runs scored. |
