Wise Holds Lancers Scoreless Wednesday, April 15th , 2054 The Brookline HS Warriors did little to support starter Artie Wise against the Bishop Amat HS Lancers, but it turned out he didn't need the help. The right-hander spun a complete game shutout against the Lancers, striking out 8 and surrendering 2 hits. The performance from Wise allowed Brookline HS to escape with the 2-0 win, despite an anemic offense. "Nobody came to me and said, 'Artie, we're gonna need you to win this one for us today,' but I could feel it," Wise told BNN reporters following the win.
