Braves Lose Bauer for Season Tuesday, April 23rd, 2041 The season is apparently over for Scott Bauer. The Santa Ana HS Braves medical staff informed the club that the right fielder will be out at least 8 months with a ruptured achilles tendon. Bauer was hurt in the game against Butler HS while running the bases. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. To date, Bauer has collected 39 hits for a .368 average. He has posted 2 home runs, scored 22 runs and driven in 14 runs. |
