Hit Streak Now at 20 for Silva Friday, May 11th, 2035 Vincente Silva, right fielder for the Saint Paul HS Ragin Cajuns, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games with 2 hits in his club's 9-4 victory today over the Mountain Pointe HS at Ballpark of The Hills HS today. "I don't really know why it's even happening," he said with a grin after the game. "So asking me how long I can keep it up is kind of irrelevant. It'll end when it ends." Vincente Silva singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 9th and flied out in the 9th. Silva is hitting .321 in 2035 with 31 RBIs and 3 home runs. |
