Year Ends for Michael Simpson in John Jay HS Monday, May 6th, 2041 The John Jay HS Patriots were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher Michael Simpson left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Simpson has suffered a torn rotator cuff and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. Up to now Simpson has compiled an ERA of 5.05 with a 3-1 mark over 8 starts. He has 34 strikeouts in 41 innings and has held opponents to a .307 batting average. |
