Overlords Shut Out by Parker Wednesday, July 30th, 2042 Cornell Parker had the Palmyra Overlords dancing to his tune today with a sparkling 6-0 shutout performance for the Columbia Mavericks. He gave up 4 hits, issued 1 walk and had 10 strikeouts. Palmyra hitters were bewildered throughout the game by his delivery. "When you face a guy who hides the ball like he does, it takes a couple of at-bats to try to find his release point," opposing manager Troy Beauregard said. "We just never figured him out."
