MBL Names Top Player of the Week Monday, July 11th, 2039 So far in his young career, Martin Flint has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Mike Bryant League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 20-year-old Brunswick Squares third baseman hit at a torrid .444 clip as he collected 12 hits in 27 at-bats, 1 home run, 7 RBIs and 3 runs scored. This year Flint has batted at a .302 pace with 52 hits, 7 home runs, 40 RBIs and scored 35 times. |
