However, the offensive onslaught wasn't enough for the Watertown Headhunters, who still fell, 12-5. "Sometimes I try to pull the ball too much, so today I just went with the pitch," Hill told reporters after the game. "It's great to get 5 hits, but it would have been nicer to win the ballgame. too." Peter Hill singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
