The London Rippers grabbed a win, 9-5, over the Mexico City Luchadores at Old Comiskey Park. London shortstop Alain Genty was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. London pitcher Richard Fitzgerald earned the win, hiking his record to 8-3. Ernest Carson suffered the loss. Ernest Adams earned his 17th save in 19 chances.
