Johnson Goes 5-for-6 Against Surrey
It was a parade of hits for Stephen Johnson of the Eau Claire Esquires at Legion Ball Park.

Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Johnson finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Esquires to a win, 23-9.

"Johnson was really good and we were really bad," groaned Sinners manager Artie Smith. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."

Stephen Johnson flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
