Panthers fans were sent into a frenzy with a walk-off win.

The Vista Panthers took Maui pitcher Eliot Hines's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Prohibition Brewing Co Stadium. The final score had Vista getting past the Wave, 3-2. Hines went 6 innings and allowed no runs, striking out 11. Juan Martínez snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-0 on the season. Kevin Clark suffered the loss.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Vista. That's when Matt Davis hit a run-scoring double off 28-year old right-handed pitcher Kevin Clark to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Davis said.

Today's win puts Vista at 33-37, while Maui falls to 46-25.
