Kramer Gone for Season in State College Saturday, August 21st , 2055 A blow for Ken Kramer today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 9-10 months with a torn rotator cuff. Kramer suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the State College Spikes are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Kramer's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. So far this year, Kramer has made 13 relief appearances with 1 save, thrown 20.2 innings and struck out 31 with a 0-3 record. |
