Steers Squeeze Out Win in Pitching Duel
Adam McPherson, who leads the BSA in complete games with 3, pitched well, but the Nashville G-Strings still fell short, losing, 1-0, to the Dallas Steers at Seabreeze Stadium. Dallas reliever Seung-ook Im picked up the win, upping his record to 5-1. Adam McPherson took the loss. Dallas has now won 3 in a row.

Kahelemeakua Maluokeakua came through for Dallas when he hit a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fifth. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a two-strike changeup to center field, staking his team to a 1-0 lead.

"Runs were tough to come by," said Maluokeakua. "But we scored just enough to win."
