Sausalito Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Albert Park was the site of a competitive game between the Minnesota North Stars and Sausalito Meatballs.

Starting pitcher Augusto Salazar pitched well enough to help the Sausalito Meatballs beat the Minnesota North Stars, 5-4. With the victory, the Meatballs upped their record to 49-45.

The decisive blow was delivered by Vic Rivers in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run double off two-time All-Star Pat Key to win the game for Sausalito. The home crowd went nuts.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Sausalito manager Michael Cook. "It's usually not just one thing."
