Boilermakers Advance to Final Four
A classic and dramatic Elite 8 has wrapped up, with the Purdue Boilermakers outlasting the Saint John's Red Storm to advance to the Final Four.

Purdue won the final game by a score of 13-2 and took the series 2-1.

"We can enjoy this one tonight, but then it's back to work and thinking about the next win," said Purdue second baseman Paul Cooper, whose standout performance earned him the nod as series MVP.

Cooper hit .643 with a .688 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 2 runs.

The Final Four matchups and schedule will be announced after the Elite 8 finishes.
