LF Alou Lights Up Panthers for 5 RBIs as Admirals Extend Lead
|
Riding the 3-hit performance of left fielder Salvador Alou, the Seattle Admirals got a road win against the Vista Panthers, 6-1, in Game 3 of the Elite Eight today. Alou hit 3 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring three times for the Admirals, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 3 games to 0.
In the top of the second of a scoreless game, Alou hit a 2-run home run to put his team ahead.
"Today was a lot of fun," said Alou.
The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Prohibition Brewing Co Stadium in Vista.
