The Maui Wave beat the Yonkers Yetis by a score of 14-6. Maui shortstop Homer Laslett deserved the lion's share of the credit. Laslett went 4-5 with 2 home runs and a double, while adding 7 RBI and scoring twice for the Wave. The Wave now have a record of 66-52.

Anthony Tucker hit a 2-run double off Jimmy Roberts in the bottom of the third, which put the Wave in front, 4-3. In addition to the double, Tucker had 2 singles, while going 3 for 5.
