Mexico City Defeated By Seals, 2-1

The San Francisco Seals topped the Mexico City Luchadores, 2-1, in Baseball Stars Association action at Seals Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of San Francisco designated hitter Kyle Henderson. San Francisco reliever Keith Thomas picked up the win, upping his record to 4-2. Douglas Chapman absorbed the loss. With the win, San Francisco has a record of 56-69. Mexico City falls to 64-61.
Zachary Kennedy helped out the San Francisco cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the catcher drove in one run.
"I tell our guys all the time, 'Every pitch is the right pitch if you put it in the right place, you believe in it and have conviction,'" San Francisco manager Skip Andrews said.
