The Mexico City Luchadores picked up a win at Eagles Park, taking down the Columbus Coalition, 7-5. Starting pitcher Ángel Duarte was a big reason why. Juan Gonzáles converted his 31st save in 40 tries. With the win, Mexico City upped its record to 69-63.

Myles Clements had a big 2-run triple for the Luchadores in the bottom of the second inning. With Mexico City leading 2-1 and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he got a fastball from Vince Peters and swatted a triple to left. It was his 7th triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Luchadores ahead, 4-1.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Clements.
