Juan Reynoso pitched a gem to lead Long Island to victory over the San Francisco Seals, 2-0. Emerson Davis earned his 31st save in 39 tries. The slumping Seals have lost 7 straight.

The Ducks got a big at-bat from third baseman Wallace David. For the game, David went 1 for 3 with a double, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 5th double of the season gave Long Island a 2-0 lead.

"I know everybody in here is putting in the work," said San Francisco manager Skip Andrews. "It's just not paying off."
