Walk-Off Seals 92nd Victory for Cervezas de Miami

The Cervezas de Miami picked up a win at The Beach Cooler at South Beach, knocking off the Minnesota North Stars, 3-2. On the mound for Cervezas de Miami was left-hander Tim Howitt, who played a pivotal role in the win. Cervezas de Miami reliever Johnny Quick picked up the win to move to 3-5. Ralph Seals suffered the loss. The Water Division-leading Cervezas de Miami are 92-66.
The Cervezas de Miami relied on second baseman Alberto Flores for the game-winning hit. And, in the bottom of the tenth, he delivered, hitting a run-scoring single to seal the deal.
"This place sure got loud," said Jesús Domínguez, the Cervezas de Miami manager.
