The Long Island Ducks downed the San Francisco Seals, 6-3, at The Ballpark at Sloss Furnace. The Ducks were led by Christopher Pedrazzolli. Pedrazzolli was 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2. The Ducks improved their record to 80-80 by beating San Francisco.

The Ducks got a big at-bat from center fielder John McKinney. For the game, McKinney went 1 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 14th home run of the season gave Long Island a 3-0 lead.
