Stevie Szabo led the charge as the Charm City Baysox defeated the Dallas Steers, 10-5, in 11 innings at Seabreeze Stadium. Szabo went 2-6 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Charm City reliever Ron Black picked up the win, upping his record to 10-5. Bernard Cháves was saddled with the loss. The win elevated the Baysox to 90-71.

Mike Hardy came through with a big-time hit for Charm City. The right fielder smacked a solo home run in the top of the 11th inning to give his team the lead, 6-5. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"Winning is always a team effort," Szabo said after the game.
