2051 is shaping up to be a forgettable year for the Columbus Coalition.

Alfonso Reyna helped his team muscle past the Columbus Coalition, 12-4. In the game, the Yonkers catcher belted 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Yonkers starter Jimmy Roberts was credited with the win after throwing 91 pitches over 6 innings. His record now stands at 9-17.

With Yonkers leading 4-3 in the bottom of the fifth, Reyna hit a changeup from Sandy Adams for a 2-run home run. It was his 29th home run of the season and put the Yetis ahead, 6-3.

"We played hard and won," said Reyna. "Sometimes, baseball really is that easy.'

The Yetis are now 87-75, while the Coalition fall to 63-99.
