It seemed that Mexico City right fielder Ricardo Ladaotina could do no wrong as the Cerveceros KO'd the Trappers, 10-3 today. Ladaotina rapped out 5 hits in 5 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches Trappers hurlers were throwing.

"I think the Cerveceros were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Spokane fan after the game.

"I just felt good today. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Ladaotina in the postgame press interview.

Ricardo Ladaotina hit a solo-shot off Trent Richardson in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, hit a two-run single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Doyle Mays in the 8th.

So far this year Ladaotina has hit .268 with 10 home runs, 30 RBIs and 15 runs scored.
