The skies opened up and the rain fell at Gateway Stadium.
The Orlando Calrissian faced a tough opponent in St. Louis pitcher Ramón Longoria, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Gateway Stadium by a final score of 5-4. Longoria went 5 innings and allowed no runs. St. Louis, with the loss, is still a stout 22-5.
Terry Aultman drew 1 walk in his only trip to the plate against the Browns. With the game tied in the top of the ninth inning, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run that put Orlando in front, 5-4.
"It's nice to come out on top today," said Aultman.
