Jenkins Goes on Rampage Against 89ers
Chris Jenkins put on a hitting clinic as the Richardson Barons dumped the Oklahoma City 89ers, 10-6, at Moonshine Park.

The Richardson right fielder made Oklahoma City defenders earn their pay, lashing Oklahoma City pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it."

"Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Jenkins said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch."
