Admirals Roll to 8-2 Win Over Steers
|
Seattle picked up a win at Seabreeze Stadium, toppling the Dallas Steers, 8-2. Pitcher Junior Limond was one of the reasons the Admirals triumphed. Seattle, now 26-6, is playing great baseball to start the year.
Estanislau Gandarei, the five-time All-Star , had a direct impact on the outcome. Gandarei contributed a 2-run single in the top of the first inning to put Seattle up, 3-0.
"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager José Guzmán said.
