Arellano hits 2 home runs to Power Steers Offense
The New York Knights and Dallas Steers were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The Dallas Steers topped the New York Knights by the score of 10-5, with the largest share of the credit going to left fielder Duane Arellano. Arellano slugged 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice for the Steers. Dallas reliever Paul Bacon picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Juan Gómez took the loss.

Dallas took the lead in the top of the fifth when Arellano hit a 3-run home run. His 11th home run of the season made the score 7-4, Dallas.

"I'm glad we can make our fans happy with a win," Arellano told the Dallas Daily.

The first-place Steers have a one-game lead in their division.
