Dallas Steers starter Daniel Díanz was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Minnesota North Stars, 5-2. Dallas now has a 3-game win streak.

The Steers got a lift from first baseman José Reyes, who in the top of the second hit a solo home run. His 8th home run of the season put the Steers on top, 3-1.
