Hickman Hits 2 home runs in Seals Win
|
Though the conditions were not ideal, the San Francisco Seals and Lubbock Green Sox came back from a rain delay to finish their game.
San Francisco first baseman Ken Hickman had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Lubbock Green Sox, 8-4. San Francisco has run its win streak to 4 straight.
San Francisco used the hitting of Tony Zoffoli to pick up the win. The designated hitter clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Seals on top, 4-0. For the game, Zoffoli had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"We take it day by day here," said Zoffoli, "and today was a good one for us."
