The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Charm City trailing 5-4, Hardy hit a sinker from James Horton for a 2-run single. In the blink of an eye, the Baysox had a walk-off win.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," Hardy told the Charm City Chronicle.
