Brown Booms 4 HR Against Colorado
Hitting a single home run is a tough task. Hitting two in a game is impressive. Hitting three is remarkable. Anything beyond that is borderline unbelievable -- yet that's what Samuel Brown did today in the 12-10 Surrey Sinners victory over the Colorado Commanders.

Brown went 4-for-4 with 4 home runs and drove in 8 runs in a once-in-a-lifetime feat that the opposing manager later labeled "impossible."

"I don't believe it really happened," Commanders manager Chris Spencer joked to BNN reporters afterward. "I don't ever enjoy losing a game, but this kid was special today. I have never seen a guy hit 4 in a game before. I didn't enjoy it, but it was special."

Samuel Brown hit a three-run home run off Roy McLaughlin in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Roy McLaughlin in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off David Dyer in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Dave Stephens in the 8th.

Brown is hitting .262 so far this season with 41 RBIs and 20 runs scored. He has 50 hits including 9 home runs, 22 walks and .352 OBP.
