Super Swinger -- Barrios Slams 5 Hits Sunday, June 10th, 2035 Ánibal Barrios exploded for a barrage of base hits today at The Echo Chamber. The New York shortstop had a field day in the 17-5 triumph over the Nevada Noise, finishing 5-for-6. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Barrios must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Ánibal Barrios hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 8th and struck out in the 9th.
