RP Manny Medina Hurt Saturday, June 6th , 2043 A blow for Manny Medina today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4-5 months with a partially torn labrum. Medina suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Orlando Calrissian are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Medina's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. Medina has pitched 22.1 innings and molded a 3.22 ERA with no saves. He has surrendered 25 hits while registering 10 strikeouts on his way to a 0-0 record for the Calrissian this year. |
