Reed #1 NL Pitcher in June Tuesday, July 1st, 2042 In June, Joseph Reed tore through the National League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 22 years old. The young Maui starter posted a 5-1 mark and an ERA of 2.78 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 35.2 innings he collected 42 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .157 average. His record this year is 7-6 in 17 starts and Reed has a 4.26 ERA. |
