Clements Strokes 5 Hits Friday, May 29th , 2054 It was a sensational day at the plate for Mexico City Luchadores second baseman Myles Clements, but a tough one for the team, as the Luchadores dropped the contest, 10-7, to the Cozumel Reef Divers. Even with the loss, Clements was pure misery for the Cozumel pitching staff. He left them shell-shocked after going 5-for-7 in an explosive display of hitting. "It's always good to get a bunch of hits in a game, but you also want to win," said Clements, who is the former first round draft pick . "Clements really hit the ball hard and when you do that, you've got a good chance to do some damage," Reef Divers manager Kel Meyer told BNN reporters after the game. "I feel like we threw him some good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball." Myles Clements struck out in the 1st, struck out in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th, singled in the 10th and doubled in the 12th.
