Bentley's Condition Worse, Suffers Another Setback Saturday, July 8th , 2051 The Greenville 84's will have to do without second baseman Lucas Bentley even longer than expected. Team doctors say that Bentley's recovery from a strained back muscle has not gone well and more time will be needed to treat it successfully. The 84's trainer indicated it would be at least 1-2 weeks before they would consider activating Bentley. In his season totals, Bentley has 13 home runs, .280 BA, .345 OBP, 31 RBIs and 38 runs scored. He has played in 70 games. |
