Playoffs? No Chance for Chicago Friday, September 16th, 2039 There might have been some flickers of hopes of a playoff berth at some point during the season, but those flickers have been snuffed out. The Chicago Machine were officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Chicago last appeared in the postseason in 2006. This is their 33rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 32 times in their 32-year history. |
