Bad News for Yonkers, Pedro Zavala Hurt Friday, October 6th , 2045 A blow for Pedro Zavala today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 5-6 months with a fractured knee. Zavala suffered the injury running the bases. Although officials from the Yonkers Yetis are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Zavala's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. For the year Zavala has hit at a .244 clip with 77 RBIs, 17 home runs and 69 runs scored. |
