Coalition Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Tuesday, September 12th , 2051 The Columbus Coalition have a new opponent: mathematics. The Coalition still have games to play in their disappointing 2051 campaign, but the numbers say they won't mean much -- the Coalition were today mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2048. In total, the Coalition have missed the playoffs 26 times in their 45-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Coalition have made the playoffs 4 times. Columbus has won the World Series 6 times in their history. |
