BSA Premier Pitcher is St. Louis's Fleming Monday, June 1st , 2048 The St. Louis Browns really got a lot out of their bullpen in May and Luke Fleming definitely played the leading role. Today the Baseball Stars Association recognized his spectacular contribution, naming him the Pitcher of the Month for May. He made 13 relief appearances and compiled 7 saves in 14 innings with 19 strikeouts and a 2.57 ERA. So far this year Fleming has been credited with 10 saves, registered a 2.28 ERA and struck out 36 in 23.2 innings. He also has a 5-2 record. |
