Greenville, Nevada Agree to Trade Monday, April 18th, 2039 It took some time to iron out the details, but the 84's and Noise have agreed to a swap. Nevada will get nothing with Greenville receiving 26-year-old RF Mark Wheeler, 16-year-old minor league RHP Nelson Yan and 19-year-old minor league RHP Manny Rodríguez in return. A source close to the trade talks said the two clubs were initially looking to make a bigger deal, but discussions broke off late last night. The two sides reconvened early today and eventually settled on this deal. For the season Wheeler is hitting .154, batted in 1 runs with 1 home run and 2 runs scored. |
