ITL's Premier Batter Picked Thursday, June 1st , 2051 For a rookie just breaking in, Kevin Peters certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the ITL Batter of the Month award for May. The 26-year-old right fielder for the New England Whalers hit .440 with 15 home runs, 34 RBIs and 30 runs scored. This season Peters is batting at a .371 clip with 20 home runs and 53 RBIs. |
