Bruce Taylor Injured, Out for Season Thursday, June 29th , 2051 Bruce Taylor of the Whalers just might have to call it quits for the season. The 31-year-old New England starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Louisville Bats recently at Louisville Slugger Field. Taylor suffered radial nerve compression while throwing a pitch. The Whalers medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 4-5 months. This season, Taylor has 3 wins and 5 losses and a 4.05 ERA. |
