Stars Buried - Out of Playoffs Monday, August 7th , 2051 The Trenton Stars playoff hopes were already minuscule at best, but even those faint hopes have been dashed. The team was mathematically eliminated from the playoffs today. The Stars have made the playoffs 10 times in their 45 years as a Reserves League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 7th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2044. In the last 10 seasons, the Stars have missed the playoffs 8 times.
