Walters 5-for-5 Against Redwoods Wednesday, August 20th, 2042 5 times is the charm -- at least for Billy Walters. The New England Whalers second baseman tore up the Redwood City Redwoods to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Redwood Park today. The offensive onslaught from Walters powered the Whalers to a 13-11 win. "Walters was a tough out today," Redwood City manager Kip Rasmussen said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Billy Walters hit a two-run single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Manuel Galindo in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, walked in the 8th and singled in the 10th.
